Douglass joined Everton as an Under-12 and became a first-year scholar with the Blues’ Under-18s ahead of the 2024/25 campaign.
The young goalkeeper is an England youth international, representing the Three Lions as an Under-16, Under-17, Under-18 and Under-19.
Born in Latvia and raised in Southport, Lukjanciks signed his first professional contract with Everton in October 2024, the same month he turned 17, penning a three-year deal until the end of June 2027.
In his first season with Everton Under-18s, Lukjanciks featured 15 times in the league, as well as making two appearances in the FA Youth Cup.
Primarily featuring for the Under-18s the following year, Lukjanciks also made six league appearances for the Under-21s while also making a start in the Premier League International Cup at Goodison Park.
He was the hero from spot-kicks for the Under-18s as they claimed a 5-2 shootout victory in the FA Youth Cup fourth round over West Ham in January 2026.
