The wall used is on the Club Shop alongside the Fan Zone.
Supporters can purchase a plaque that will be placed on the wall.
As we are notified of people who have passed away we are often asked about putting some form of remembrance up at the club and this wall will be available for people to do just that but it is not just about remembering our loved ones. The wall can be used for anything at all whether it is In Memory of a loved one, a special birthday, wedding anniversary, any message, new born child etc etc etc.
You may just want to put something like “Fred Bloggs 50 years supporting Southport, a life time sentence” We do however reserve the right to refuse any unsuitable messages!!!
The plaques are £45 and will include your message in yellow printed on a black plaque (with the club crest included free of charge) that will be affixed to a brick on the wall.
Retrospective messages, maybe for a loved one who was a Southport fan who passed away some time ago are a lovely way of remembering your friends or family.
The characters are limited to the size of the plaque (which is brick size) and we can advise accordingly. We do recommend not overdoing the words as they can get quite cramped.
