We will be looking to improve our position after just the one win and five draws in the last 10 games, the a 2-0 win came against Warrington on Boxing Day.
Chorley arrive on the back of three home draws. Having been top at the end of November they have seen some indifferent form with just the one win in their last 6 games a 2-1 home success against Rushall Olympic. They sit in 8th place but do have games in hand on most of the teams in the play off places.
Adam Blakeman and Jack Sampson are former Southport players in the Chorley squad.
