Young Midfielder Signs For Southport
We’re delighted to announce the signing of young midfielder Teddy Lavelle on an initial one-year deal, with the option of an extra year in the Club’s favour.
The 19-year old signs following his departure from FC Halifax Town at the end of last season.
Teddy already has plenty of experience in men’s football, spending time on loan at Colne, Bradford Park Avenue, Lancaster City & Mossley AFC, racking up over 100 appearances in men’s football.
The 6ft 2in midfielder signed his first professional deal with FC Halifax Town in September 2023. He was part of the 18-man squad that travelled down to Wembley in 2023 for their FA Trophy final against Gateshead, in which they won 1-0.
