After six build up games we are ready for the real thing as we start our Enterprise National League North campaign for 2026-27 with a long trip to the North East and a first ever visit to Hebburn Town. The kick off is at 3pm.

We once again start our season with a long away trip to a newly promoted side and will be looking for a different outcome to last season when we went down 2-0 at Merthyr on the opening day.

We have two full coaches travelling north for the game and plenty more making the trip by cars and trains showing great support for the lads on the road.

Cash and card payments on the turnstiles will also be available for those who prefer to pay on the day.

The big question on everyone’s lips is what will the starting line up be as manager Neil Danns is faced with quite a selection headache with his stronger squad this season, all of who have laid claim to a starting place at the weekend. We will find out at 2pm on Saturday.

Full match commentary will be available (subject to suitable facilities at the ground) from around 2.50 on Saturday.
