Southport FC can confirm that Bradley Roscoe’s proposed transfer from Radcliffe will no longer proceed.

An agreement had been reached between both clubs and the player, and the move was announced in good faith yesterday evening, with all parties believing the necessary paperwork had been completed.

An error was subsequently identified in the documentation, which required revised paperwork to be submitted. Before this process was finalised, Bradley informed us that he had reconsidered his decision and no longer wished to proceed with the move.

We recognise the excitement that a new signing brings and share our supporters’ disappointment at this outcome. We apologise for the confusion caused, particularly to those who had already welcomed Bradley to the club.
