When we took on the custodianship of Southport Football Club, we did so with clear eyes and full hearts. We stepped forward because we believe in this club; its history, its potential, and above all, its people. From the very beginning, our commitment has been clear: to safeguard Southport FC for the short, medium and long term, and to build something that every supporter, volunteer, staff member and player can be proud of.
Since arriving, we have invested heavily; financially, emotionally, and practically into every area of the football club. We have strengthened the playing and management staff, improved infrastructure, enhanced facilities, upgraded the matchday experience, and supported the day-to-day operations that keep the club moving forward.
These decisions aren’t quick fixes; they are foundations for a stronger, more sustainable future.

But here is the honest truth: we cannot achieve that future alone.

This club has always been defined by its community. It has always been carried by the people who stand on the terraces, sit in the stands, volunteer their time, bring their children, and pass down their love for Southport FC through generations. Our responsibility as owners is to invest, to guide, and to protect; but sustainable success relies on all of us pulling together, in every way we can.
That is why we are asking; genuinely, respectfully, and wholeheartedly, for your support in whatever form you are able to give.

Every single contribution helps.

Every choice to back your club makes a difference. Choosing to buy your pint inside the ground instead of at the local, purchasing a kit or scarf, upgrading to hospitality, or even simply paying the extra £1.50 to sit in the stand. All these seemingly small decisions
contribute directly to the financial stability and progress of the club.

Just as importantly, using the club for your own events, be it birthday parties, celebrations, meetings, gatherings, plus and booking our hospitality spaces for functions is one of the most significant ways you can support us.

Every event held at Haig Avenue brings vital revenue into the club. Attending our club-organised events, social evenings, quiz nights, and fundraisers strengthens us further, both financially and as a community.

And then there’s something even more powerful: bringing new people to the club.

Invite a friend. Bring a family member. Encourage a neighbour, a colleague, or someone who hasn’t been before to come along. One extra person, multiplied across hundreds of supporters, becomes thousands of pounds of essential income and, even more importantly, potentially lifelong additions to our football family.

This is the heart of our message:

If everyone helps a little bit, as much as they can, the bigger picture becomes enormous.
