A typical end of season affair with few chances at either end ends in a 0-0 draw. That is a record breaking 8 0-0 draws for a Non League season.

Southport did start brightly but as so often has been the case this season the final pass or ball control has let the side down. Dior Angus had the best chance of the game when clean through but his control let him down.

At the other end Warrington should have scored late on but a fantastic triple save by Chris Renshaw preserved his 15th clean sheet of the season.

Not the best of games that in all honesty looked destined for a 0-0 drawfrom very early on.

Great support from the travelling fans in the gate of 933. Thank you to everyone that travelled.
