The Latest On The Injury Front

Jordan Keane & Harry Flowers remain sidelined with their current injuries.

Matty Thomson has been struggling the last few weeks with Achilles tendon inflammation. He has trained and been available for selection but is in some pain which is getting worse to extent that we risk a major injury, so we have made decision to shut him down in order to hopefully let the problem settle.

Nathaniel Knight-Percival has been playing with a slight ankle injury, he was rested on Tuesday night but is back in contention to feature today.

Also back in contention to feature this afternoon is Jamie Proctor, who trained Thursday with no further issues following his eye injury.

Arthur Gnahoua picked up an eye injury during Tuesday’s game against Farsley Celtic. He had bleeding in the eye and the consultant has advised him not to have any contact for 2 weeks.

Jack Bentley, Will Russ, Finlay Heath & Jack Stafford are all out on loan.

There continues to be some illness affecting some of the squad.
