We are on the road to Morpeth Town on Saturday for an FA Cup 3rd Qualifying Round tie, the kick off is at 3pm.

It will be the third meeting of the sides in the competition with Southport winning a behind closed doors (COVID) game at Haig Ave 2-1 in the 2020/21 season, Niall Watson and George Newell were our scorers that day.

We went down 3-0 at Morpeth in 2023/24 on a day to forget for The Sandgrounders.
