Manager Jim Bentley has issued the following squad update as we look ahead to our Boxing Day Game against Warrington Town:

Marcus Carver has had a scan following the injury he picked up against Needham Market, resulting in a ruptured ligament, he will be out for 6-8 weeks. Everyone at the club wishes Marcus a speedy recovery and we look forward to seeing him back in action soon.

Will Russ has made good progress following his ankle injury, he’s back in full training and has no ill effects.

Jack Stafford has picked up an illness and is doubtful for the game against Warrington.

Harry Flowers continues to make good progress from his long-term ruptured Achilles injury.
