We hit the road again on Tuesday for the second of three in a row away from home. It’s Derbyshire once again and a visit to Alfreton Town. The kick off is at 7.45 and after technical issues prevented us from bringing commentary from Buxton we are hoping to be able to bring our usual commentary on Tuesday.

Admission for each Vanarama National League North fixture at the Impact Arena during the 2024/25 season is:

Adult – £15
Concession (Over 65yrs) – £10
16-21yrs & Students £10
Under 15yrs – £3
Under 12s must be accompanied by an adult.

Parking at the Impact Arena is incredibly limited. They recommend 
the pay and display parking on Rogers Lane, DE55 7FF and also at Severn Square, DE55 7BT – both are a five to ten minute walk to and from the Impact Arena.

Please be considerate of residents on the estate next to the arena, particularly Connaught Court, Bentley Close and North Street. We ask supporters to avoid parking in the residential areas around the ground and instead ask that you follow the advice and park in the pay and display car parks

Alfreton had a 4-1 win at Farsley(Buxton) on Friday night after a losing run of 5 games had seen them slip out of the play off places down to 12th place.

It’s not been a happy hunting ground for Southport of late with one win in the last 15 visits to The Impact Arena, the scorer of that winning goal back in 2017-18 is now the manager at Bolton.
