Southport FC have teamed up with Papa John’s of Southport for the upcoming season in a brand new sponsorship deal for the players’ shorts.

As the team’s new shorts sponsor, the Papa John’s logo will appear on the back of the shorts for the 2019/20 season.

Steven Brown, the club’s Head of Commercial said: “We are delighted to welcome Papa John’s as our new shorts sponsor. It is really pleasing to have the support of such a big brand with strong regional links.”

As part of the partnership, Papa John’s will be providing the first team players and management with Pizzas after every home game as well as offering some great deals to Southport fans throughout the season.

Stephanie Fletcher Goudie, Store Manage of Papa John’s of Southport, said: “It’s great to be the clubs new official matchday food partner and to be building a relationship with the club.

“We will be offering some great deals over the season to Southport FC fans and really looking forward to seeing the team playing with Papa John’s on the back of the shorts.”
