We are on the road on Saturday with a long trip to Peterborough (Sports) and our first ever visit to The Bee Arena.
The game kicks off at the usual Saturday Kick Off time of 3pm. We will only be able to bring Twitter updates this afternoon.
Southport will be looking to extend the unbetean run to 9 games and also avenge a 3-0 home defeat earlier in the sesaon against a Peterborough Sports side who are arguably the best side we have seen at Haig Avenue this season. That was the only game between the sides.
Southport will hope to have Niall Watson and Tyler Walton back in the squad after both were laid low with illness over the Christmas/New Year period. Josh Miles put in a very strong case to also be included with an 18 minute cameo on Monday that had everyone sitting up and taking notice.
With train strikes affecting travel making getting to the game (and back) by public transport virtually impossible it could be a very low attendance on Saturday.
Peterborough have lost their last three games but prior to that had won the previous three in what has been an up and down season so far.
