Southport Football Club have recently partnered with Ainsdale Fine Chocolate and are proud to announce they have become the official supplier of fine chocolate.

A boutique Chocolaterie, Patisserie Café in Ainsdale, Merseyside. All chocolate work is hand crafted onsite using traditional methods of tempering chocolate, moulding and filling pralines – by Chocolatier Robert Swinden.

Most recipes originate from over 28 years experience gained working alongside Master Chocolatiers from Belgium, Germany and France, taking this inspiration the company have put a British twist on the chocolate recipes, having already prepared and supplied chocolate work for numerous sporting projects including the popular Everton Toffee Mint Chocolate, Liverpool FC Chocolate, LFC Easter eggs and Aintree & Haydock racecourse jockey caps chocolate..

For the 2018/19 season Southport FC have two very special treats for fans to enjoy whilst at the match. They have commissioned Sandgrounder Caramel Chocolates (pictured above) and Mini Chocolate Footballs exclusively for the club.

Available to buy from the Club Shop and around the ground, as well as being an important part of the corporate hospitality offer to club guests, there is no doubt the chocolates will be a great addition to the match-day experience.

Southport FC CEO, Natalie Atkinson is delighted by the products Ainsdale have produced; “The chocolates Robert and his team have created are amazing. The delicious treats have been a big hit already and the company are a pleasure to work with.

“Their attention to detail and high-quality creations means they have produced something that reflects the journey we are on and will no doubt become a part of the fabric of the club and what we do here.”
