We’re pleased to announce the signing of striker Connor Evans on a short-term contract, following the completion of his season over at Waterford FC in Ireland.

Connor, from North Wales, progressed through the ranks at League Two side Crewe Alexandra and made his debut in an EFL Trophy knockout game against Rotherham United.

Manager Jim Bentley said “Connor has trained with us recently and has done very well with his ability and mentality. He has had a great upbringing at both Liverpool as a youngster and then at Crewe, where he broke into their first team. He has sampled football at non-league level with a couple of loans and gives us something different at the top of the pitch.”
