LOAN WATCH | 2018/19 Season (15)

Whilst Liam Watson’s side are preparing for an important Emirates FA Cup game, some of the loanees have been working hard as well whilst others have enjoyed a week off.

Droylsden Duo

Following a good week for Lewis Doyle and Andy Hollins at Droylsden, the pair enjoyed a week of rest as the Bloods were not in action at all and instead would’ve been preparing for Saturday’s game against Trafford.

Dan Cockerline

Meanwhile there was only one match this week for Hednesford, with Dan Cockerline in the starting line-up for their game against Mickleover Sports FC.

The forward played the full 90 minutes, but was unable to get on the scoresheet as his side conceded in stoppage time to draw 1-1.

Billy Priestley

Colne and Billy Priestley only had the single game this week, as they took on Colwyn Bay.

Heading into half time with a 1-0 lead, the game burst into life after the break seeing four more goals.

After taking a 3-0 lead, Priestley and the rest of his side were pegged back to 3-2, but were still able to hold on to the victory and stop an embarrassing slip up.

Josh Langley

Finally, it was a good day for Altrincham as they stormed to a 4-0 victory, with Josh Langley named on the bench for them for the second consecutive week.

Despite not getting on, it would’ve been a great day to see his new side thrash Bradford Park Avenue and progress in the Buildbase FA Trophy.
