Connor Woods

Connor Woods indicated to us recently that he sees his future away from Haig Avenue. Following a subsequent approach from Warrington Town FC, with whom Connor spent a successful loan spell earlier this season, we gave permission for Warrington to speak with him and have now agreed a transfer fee.

We thank Connor for his contribution whilst a Southport player and send him our best wishes for his future career.

As has always been the case, Southport FC will not prevent a player seeking opportunities elsewhere, should they so wish.
